Periodic Revision of the Services Producer Price Index

In line with the scheduled retroactive revision of the Services Producer Price Index (SPPI), some figures from January 2022 and onward have been revised.^*1 (The revised data are available in "BOJ Time-Series Data Search.^"*2)

1. *1:For details on the scheduled retroactive revision, please see the section 10 of "Outline of the Services Producer Price Index (SPPI, 2015 base)."
2. *2:"<Satellite series> Final Demand- Intermediate Demand price indexes (FD-ID price indexes)" which uses the SPPI will also be revised at the time of the release for the August 2023 on September 28, 2023.

Following this revision in Item indexes, changes have also been made to the indexes for higher-order classifications.
