Changes in Items in "Monetary Base and the Bank of Japan's Transactions"

With the introduction of the "Principal Terms and Conditions for the Funds-Supplying Operation to Support Financial Institutions in Disaster Areas (Policy Board Decision on March 16, 2020)," the Bank has established a new item, "Funds-Supplying Operation to Support Financial Institutions in Disaster Areas," starting from the data for July 2020 released today.

In line with this establishment, the former "Funds-Supplying Operation to Support Financial Institutions in Disaster Areas" is renamed to "Funds-Supplying Operation to Support Financial Institutions in Disaster Areas of the Great East Japan Earthquake."
