Notice on "Average Contract Interest Rates on Loans and Discounts"

With regard to "Average Contract Interest Rates on Loans and Discounts," figures for interest rate levels to date have generally been provided in terms of their degree of monthly changes (changes from the previous month).

Starting with the January 2016 release (figures for November 2015), however, figures are expected to be provided only in terms of the interest rate levels themselves.
