"Net Capital Flow (Currency, Geographical Breakdown)" in Long-Term Time-Series Data was discontinued as it can be calculated from other released items.

Some data for claims and liabilities vis-à-vis international organizations from December 2014 were reclassified. Those previously classified as "banks" were allocated to "non-bank sector - of which non-bank financial institutions." Data previously classified as "non-bank sector" remain in the same sector category.

International Consolidated Banking Statistics

Claims vis-à-vis international organizations are now included in both immediate borrower basis and ultimate risk basis data. Claims vis-à-vis countries not listed in the release format are also included and are shown as "residual" for each of the four areas of developing countries, i.e. Africa and Middle East, Asia and Pacific, Europe, and Latin America and Caribbean.
